Q:When I click on the software I get error -24 message.
Please check these two options:
1.Right click on the Software Icon on your desktop and then go to Properties--Compatibility.Make sure nothing is checked on this window.Try to use the software now.
2.If the problem did not go away and you still get error message ,then go to Start--Control Panel--Administrative tools(you have to be in Class view or Large Icons)--Services. Look for Crypkey Licenses ,once you found it then right click go to Properties and make sure Startup type is set to automatic (it is probably disabled) and start the service. Try to open the software again.
