I have changed the settings for the MySQL service to start automatic (delayed start). They just have to wait for few mins after every PC reboot before using the GPS. If they havent rebooted their PC for long time and if the GPS stopped working, then they just have to close everything, Go to "Service" search for "MySQL" and right click and "Restart" the service and then reopen the GPS.
