Error:

dotnet.exe - System Error

The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Solution:

Install Windows 8.1 updates

Go to folder

\\S1\Raw\ITTools\ChocolateyScripts\PID

Copy PID_Vcredist to C:\

Right click run chocolatey and then autoinstallonline

Then install Windows 8.1 SDK:
