When running Spark for the first time after installation, users will be asked for an activation serial number. This is the license provided to AnaJet by Pulse Microsystems.

The activation serial number will appear as follows, where the letters after ZYC- would be replaced with any combination of numbers and letters:


Cause of confusions:

Some customers will contact support wondering why the following keys won't work for them. They have often tried using these:

AnaJet Machine license number

Machine SN#

AnaJet Customer ID Number

These will not work as activation numbers because they are not the supplied iKey codes that are active in our system. Pulse Microsystems does not request or keep record of AnaJet customer information related to their account with AnaJet or machine identification information.
