These Windows features are required to use the Administrator website. Normally they are installed by the Administrator installer. However, if you are having problems please check to make sure they are enabled. Each feature is listed below the category it can be found in. Go to the Windows Control Panel. Open Programs and Features. Select "Turn Windows Features on or off" on the left side. Make sure each of these features is enabled then click OK at the bottom of the window.

Once the new features have finished installing the site should work. If it does not still, try rebooting the computer or reinstalling the Administrator using the following steps:
- uninstall Administrator
- uninstall all MySQL prerequisites: MySQL Connector NET 6.4.4 (x86), MySQL Connector ODBC (x86), MySQL Server 5.5 (x86)
- Browse to c:\ProgramData and delete the MySQL folder
- Reboot computer
- Reinstall Administrator
