This is to be used ONLY if the customer has a computer issue that prevents them from uninstalling and deactivating Spark from their old computer. If the customer wants to buy a second license, you must sell them a second key.
To do this, go to: https://ikey.pulsemicro.com
- Go to the Add Activation page (usually default page)
- Paste the user’s Serial Number in the appropriate box. Click the Get Info button.
- At the bottom of the page, Click the Appropriate Reason or type in the explanation for why a new activation is required. (see image below)
- Click “Add Activation” to enable the user to install Spark again on a new computer.
Click “Add Deactivation” if the user needs the ability to deactivate/uninstall from their old computer
- Tell customer to Deactivate and/or Activate their product again with the same iKey code.
